I loved working with you, you were very patient and helpful when I was confused about submitting the order or whenever I had questions, and you replied very quickly (Awesome customer communication). And I was very pleased with the quality of the dress when I got it, I put it on immediately. So to sum up, very happy with your work and I'm glad you got your own website going!

It was such a pleasure working with Catherine. She was very attentive to my specific needs and answered all my questions thoroughly. Since we lived about 2 hours away and AX was going on at the time, she offered me the chance to pick up my costume, but I don't have a steady mode of transport so I couldn’t do it, still, it was very kind of her to extend the offer. She keep me updated throughout the whole process and showed me photos along the way. If something was unclear, she explained to me what she was doing. The ending result was a fabulous costume. I was really amazed! The color was exactly like in the game and the fit was great. There was an issue with the zipper and she offered several solutions, one of which was to have it fixed again after Comic Con (the event I wore the costume to) for free, but fortunately the original zipper method worked out! Again, very kind of her to offer this for me. I was very pleased with my dress. It was a BIT short, but that was probably due to my end and not asking for it to be longer. It was ok though, I still had a lot of fun wearing the costume and got a lot of compliments! I’m not a cosplayer at all and it was my first year doing it, so Catherine definitely made my first year cosplaying so enjoyable. I would definitely commission her again and her prices are so fair!
