I like to work closely with my clients to make sure they are getting exactly what you want. So there is a lot of communication before and during the creative process. I also love to see photos of you enjoying your cosplay!

All pieces are finished as quickly as possible without diluting the quality of the projects.
All projects are finished in order of due date (when there is a queue). If projects are due at a similar due date they are done in order of the order's date.
All estimates/quotes are based on materials plus labor/time spent. Some pieces are more complicated/time-consuming while others will require a specialized fabric. Always feel free to come to me if you have specific questions regarding a project.

POLICIES
I do not offer refunds-returns-or exchanges.
If there is an error in your costume when you receive it I will offer free repairs or alterations.
If it is an error resulting from you providing incorrect measurements then the cost of alterations & shipping will be yours.
You will be required to sign a form (included on your first invoice) that you understand and agree to these policies.
*Notice to those with dog and/or cat allergies:
I have a dog and a cat. So although I work on the projects in a clean environment I would not want to cause an allergic reaction in those who are especially sensitive. Please just be aware for your order.
